Not sure where the "negative reviewers" do business at, but we have banked here since 1985 and had great results.
We are currently dealing with them with our auto loan. We have saving and checking accounts with them. On more then one occasion they have messed us around. This is the final straw and we will be looking for a new bank! Uneducated and rude.
I really don't like being unable to get into my account. Guess I will have to call. Never a good experience!
