My experience has turned out to be bordering on disastrous. I don’t know if Pelletier is just not knowledgeable about La Cantina windows (product I purchased) or if they are flat out lying to get me to go away. At the very beginning of my process I visited the La Cantina Factory & it was there I was provided with exact factory verbiage to be used to place my order, by factory sales rep Steve *.
