Kim was a pleasure to work with. I outreached her and within the same hour placed an offer on a home and it got accepted within 20mins if not less as a result of her clever tactic. She worked with me to make seller demands. The requests to seller was. communicated effectively and i got the result i wanted. The after care was also amazing.
