Excellent barbecue & brisket, can't wait to go back!

As a lifetime resident of NC, I was born with a God given right to judge BBQ. It's not often that I leave food based reviews but when I do, it's because I've come across something extraordinary. I had the legit pleasure of eating the best rack of ribs that I've ever had. I ordered a half rack with dry rub so that I could try all of the sauces. After devouring that one, I had another half rack with the honey chipotle sauce. Finger licking goodness!
