The brisket was pretty dry but had them swap it for the ribs and they were spot on. Cheesy grits were good and corn on the was solid.
Don't miss the Prime rib on Wednesday night! Yummy!
Savannah was the friendliest server! Very relaxing out on the porch. Food was awesome!!
The drive to Banner Elk is so pretty, and we always enjoy the Pedaling Pig. Large servings, and we always bring home leftovers. The collards are great! Get there early today on the weekends, especially if you want ribs!
Food was pretty good with alot of options to choose from at lunch time but our service sucked. Waitress was in another world

Was there 4th of july 2017 was there with family ..The only seats available was the bar ...the bartender was serving and cleaning tables..It took 30 minutes to recieve a drink..And another 30 minutes before the food was ordered..2 of us had brisket sandwich's that were so dry it was dryer then beef jerky couldnt eat it..The french fries were cold and every thing that was fried tasted like fish..No i dont like that place..Sorry...
The staff was nice, only a 30 min wait for a busy Saturday night! Food came quick and was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!!
We've been coming to the Sugar Mountain area for a long time and most recently every time we passed by the Banner Elk location the parking lot was always full. We decided to eat here tonight for the first time and I must say that I can now understand why this place is always busy. The service was great and the food was delicious. We ordered the pulled pork and baby back ribs, the smoked wings and the brisket burger. My grandson loved the cheddar grits and all the sides were delicious.
