Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Waited almost 45 minutes for appetizers. Bartender was a jerk.
We were in town on vacation for four days. We ate there two nights. The food was great big servings brought half home. Some other family meet us the second night they loved it too. We had the same waitress both nights her name was Joanna she was great and friendly with great service both times. If you love too eat then go if not then dont because you want leave hungry. I give it a 5 star all around food and service and waitress great place. We were at the one near Banners Elk N C.
Food was good. But the wait staff was terrible. I left 0 as a tip. Got home checked my account and the waitress wrote in a 9 dollar tip. That's stealing. Please beware and behind them. However the food was good. But we will never return due to the wait staff. I will not elaborate and make accusations of why i think my service was bad.
Alway love it there. The service and food is awesome
I use to eat there once a week, the food was always good....but the last time I went (Wednesday March 28, 2018) there were roaches on and around the table. I was shocked and told the waiter and he said he'd tell the manager. I won't go back until they get rid of the bugs.
