Another successful experience with the Pearl Girls in Athens, GA! Just received the BEAUTIFULLY wrapped strand for my granddaughter, but I can't open it since it belongs to her. The Pearl Girls did a good job repairing my beaded necklace. The only issue I had was when I received my necklace, it was about 2 inches shorter than before and I could not clasp it around my neck. It was originally 16 inches. Before the repair, there were no large, loose spaces between the beads and there were tight knots in between each bead.
