Horrible. Management is horrible. Very sneaky people who will find a way to con you out of your money. They will even tell you that your payment failed to go through (even when they didn’t attempt to withdraw the payment) so that you can pay the late fees. It’s a beautiful place but because of the management, it’s not worth the $$. Run run run!!!
The location and the complex itself is nice. However, don’t expect your maintenance requests to get done. I had to put in multiple requests for the same thing bc they just kept closing them out without maintenance coming in and checking them. Finally, I called and someone came by to check on things, but the AC still doesn’t flow well into my room, apparently they’re waiting on a vent they had to order. I like my apartment SO much, but I wish they had more reserved parking available, even if it was for a fee. A 3-car family needs more than 1 reserved space :-( But I still LOVE it here..
I just spent my first night in my apartment. Nice, roomy, and quiet. This is a pretty property that would be just beautiful if some TLC was given to the jogging trail and lake. I'm hoping that will happen, and if it does, my 4 stars, which is really more like 4 1/2, will move up to a 5. Very nice clubhouse, business center, and fitness center.
