The housing is affordable and offers great compatibility, but there are a few drawbacks. The laundry isn't kept clean, and the gym is very cramped. The ceiling in the gym is so low that you can't even do pull-ups without hitting your head.
The process was super quick and the staff were professional. I would highly recommend the Pavilion Apartments to other people.
Such a scam. These apartments at the Pavillion are outdated and poorly maintained. For the amount of money they are asking for, these apartments should live up to the standards. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE APPLYING, TOUR FIRST. OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE $250 of Administrative fees PLUS 60$ application fee PER APPLICANT. These people are unreasonable. Oh, and their customer service is terrible too. Don’t waste your time and money on this.
If I could give you a zero I would! Roaches, leakes, bad smells and trashy apartment complex. And when you move out, they have the nerve to charge you unnecessary made up fees. EVERYONE is unprofessional and inhumane. To sum it all up. Just a few pics. I have plenty more and videos of the nightmare that I endured for months!
