AC has been broken for over a month in 90+ degree weather. “We’re waiting on parts” is the answer I’ve been getting for the past month
I haven’t even lived at this place but the service is awful. Leasing agent was very rude and had an attitude when asked simple questions. Apartments are small and not clean and i sincerely hope anyone who is interested in renting go anywhere but here
Been here two years and it’s only getting worse. A/C is out and maintenance has had tickets in since April. And they won’t do anything for me even with medical condition and heat sensitivity.. Not sure what happened with this complex but it’s been going down hill for awhile. Neighbors fighting and trash issues. Also had a maintenance person in my apartment. Didn’t leave a work order. The Pavilion will make your life a nightmare. Their unit gave my indoor cats fleas. Multiple water sprayers leaked antifreeze gunk onto the carpet. There was, at multiple points, water coming in through the ceiling into the bathtub. They didn't treat the mold inside the walls and just let it dry for a few days and closed up the hole (pictured is the hole, and don't worry, they said I could still shower with the giant hole above my head).
