Dicen si llamen quéjense cómo hacerlo ha si tú vas y te ponen es aplicar para quitarte el dinero donde te dicen una cosa y después te dicen otra 370 dólares quitan y dicen que te devuelven y después no lo hacen. Te los quitan. Es injustos tanto protocolo para unos apartamento que se les nota el descuido al pasar el olor solo ver las quejas de las otras personas se te quitan las ganas de arrendar. De verdad lo peor. No tienen empatía ni nada y juegan con tu tiempo y tu dinero no los recomiendo para nada ni pierdan el tiempo en eso
Warning to anyone considering moving here... DON'T! Management will not care about anything you ask from them. The maintenance staff is decent so I will give them that, but they take orders from management so...good luck with that. They will also lie to you if you need to leave early by threatening with more fees because they know how crappy this place is. Leave anyway...they won't, and can't, do anything. This place is a disease!
Bugs roaches throughout apartments , leasing agents very disrespectful Sarah Richmond , hung up the phone one me , called me a racial slur and slammed the door in my face upon entry of leasing office. DO NOT MOVE they have hidden fees i was told my rent was 1300 and paid almost 1500 monthly. Air does not cool ! And roaches throughout apartment despite being charged for pest control
I do not recommend this community. maintenance department is worse. They close work orders with out addressing them to keep the maintenance work order count down, my apartment AC unit is more than 25 years old and in effecient. after replacement with new one, there is main breaker issue and they cannot schedule a contractor to fix it. Parking is another issue. Overall, unhappy with the community
