Cool place to mess around. Great place to kayak, fish and swim. Most of the beach on the north side is gone after hurricane sally but you can just walk over to the gulf side or swim out to a little island of sand that’s usually there.
Charging for parking now. And allowing people with dogs to be on the beach! Also I gotta walk thru rubbish to get to the beach. 8.17.24
