Horrible customer service, bad attitudes, and extremely uncooperative.

We also offer store credit but you did not even let her get to that point on the phone, again sorry you was not happy.
No refunds on un-inflated balloons that were ordered about 2 hours earlier.. then horrible service/attitude when we returned.
