Sitting in a repair shop for 2.5 hours to find out the part ordered isn't being delivered to repair my vehicle. Shop was told that the delivery driver had left for the day. Shop manager had to drive last minute to pick up the part before you closed. I worked for a major parts supplier for several years and know how the industry should be run. This is a very poor way to run a business.
They are simply the best I love these guys
