Recently my wife and I stayed at The Parkside Hotel. We were in Victoria for a medical appointment. When we entered the Underground Parking the gate came down on our truck. Damages to the hood of our truck totalled $3,569.89. We immediately went to the Front Desk and reported the incident and asked for a copy of the video showing our truck entering the underground parking. We were asked to complete an Incident Report. I recently had a wonderful staycation at my favorite hotel in Victoria, and it was perfect from start to finish! The staff were friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for the stay. The hotel offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, and hot tub. Our one-bedroom corner suite had a stunning view of St. Ann's Academy, and was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I had the pleasure of surprising my fiancée with a birthday stay at the Parkside Hotel this past Saturday, and it was nothing short of amazing. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the sixth floor with stunning views overlooking downtown Victoria and out to the water.
