Stayed here for a long weekend. Service was great - they went out of their way to help, including getting our group adjacent rooms without asking. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean. We loved the atrium with its fish pond, and the kids enjoyed feeding the fish at the designated times. Location also was great. Highly recommended!

This outstanding hotel is very weloming. Apartments are fully self catering. Very clean and attractive. Friendly and helpful reception. Very long indoor pool. There is a movie theater and we'll equipment gym. Can book to use bicycles for free.

The Parkside Spa is a beautiful, relaxing Spa and I visit whenever I’m in Victoria. The skin care products are what I use at home and I love them!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with another couple. The main bedroom did not have a shower, just a claw foot tub, which was beautiful but not functional for an older adult. Also, this bathroom had no door and zero privacy, even for the toilet. The second bedroom was tiny (we had to leave our luggage in the living room). The shower in this bathroom was walk-in but extremely small. The location was great but there is no air conditioning and the road noise was quite loud.
