Dolores was amazing. Very nice and cordial person. My room was perfectly clean the 10 nights I stayed at the Parkside Hotel and Spa
ALWAYS a great place to stay in Victoria!
I booked it for the pool and hot tub as water activities help our sore bones and bad backs. I would recommend that they warn you ahead of time via phoneand online that the pool is closed in the morning until 830am and vlosed early at 730pm cut off for thier own water events. That was a little annoying as I like to use the facilities forst thing in the early morning and at night before I head to bed.
Can't say enough good things about the Parkside. The rooms are fantastic, staff at the hotel are friendly and extremely helpful, and the location in downtown Victoria is hard to beat. Always look forward to staying here.
