So, I have lived here since Aug. Around Oct new owners took over and things kinda went down hill. Especially the grounds keeping. It looks like a dumpster fell over and all its contents are piled up against the south fence. There's dog feces everywhere. And there has been broken glass from a neighbors car window in the parking lot for a month. They expect our maintenance to do the job of 2 people... maintenance and keeping the grounds. 1 person can't be expected to do 2 jobs. HINT HINT WE NEED A GROUNDS KEEPER!!!
The rents to expensive not to mention it's hard to get in contact with the landlord there's pest in the apartments and if you want to get in touch with the landlord in person you won't be able to cause there's usually never there to talk so your all on your own
