I would like to bring awareness to how absolutely amazing Leah and Tonya in management really are, without going into complete detail, they showed up for me in ways I never thought would happen. I had some plumbing issues, and they together helped me out, and produced an absolutely amazing solution for me and my living at the parks off main. What a great place to live, what great property managers, and what an absolute amazing experience.
I feel bad posting a negative review, but this place has become trashy and damn near unliveable. There are mice everywhere! It's like they've had a baby boom. I've had to deal with bedbugs, & roaches. I've caught 11 mice in 10 days. Including a dead one that really had my apartment smelling so foul that I've only stayed here 4 or 5 nights this month... while my daughter and dog haven't stepped foot in the place since March. When I ask management to prorate my rent Leah refused. I am talking to the City to see what my options... read more
