It’s ‘buyer beware’ at this parking lot and I’ve been a customer and card member for years . I had $2,500 worth of damage that they refused to own up to. I’m sorry to say that customer service is NOT a priority for them and I will not be back. Bad for business to not acknowledge your wrong doing!

Know when you park here, you will be charged a 22.5% tax that is not mentioned in the rate quotes! Beware!!!!
Today I parked at Lot#1. As luck would have it, I spent the entire morning waiting for a 10:35 flight to NC. After much waiting, flight was cancelled. I was so surprised to find that The Parking Spot did not charge me for the day. That is great customer service. Will always bring my business here. Thank you.
Very friendly. Fast busses. And going over the top...offered a free bottled of water before I left for my drive home. Have been using them for years and will continue to use and recommend! Thanks!
MAKE RESERVATIONS !!!! I called the day before to ask questions. They were very pleasant and told me my (Valpak) coupon was “good and the price was confirmed and no problem”. When I arrived, they casually told me I didn’t make a reservation and my coupon was invalid and the daily price would be more”. I picked up my car four days later and ended up paying more than, if I would have parked my car at the airport.
