Freaking DELICIOUS! This place is excellent. Highly recommend the peppercorn sirlion and then for desert blackberry cobbler!
We have been coming to this wonderful mainstay of Gatlinburg for over a decade. Last time 2 years ago. Something really serious has happened to this place and it's not good. It used to have white table clothes, piano music and GREAT food. It now has vinyl table covers, hillbilly music and sub-standard food. To top it all off the health score is 84. We loved it here! Server Shelby was quick to answer all questions, accommodate our desires and requests, and the ambiance was splendid! Best ribs and steak fries come from this place������

Food was good but super small portions for the price! Salad bar so not worth the price but was good. Overall great place just needs to look at prices for what they have.
Food was ok....random power outage-which was totally out of their control- but situation poorly handled. We had to go to an ATM to take out cash to pay (due to the outage), which of course comes with an ATM fee...unfortunately the tip suffered since they certainly didn't keep this in mind on our bill! Not the best last night in Gatlinburg meal :(
This place was as average as it comes. Nothing special or standout about it. Plus, the place was really busy yet all our food came out really fast. Makes me think a lot was premade and reheated. Especially annoying given the prices.
We arrived later in the evening, around 830, there were only a few others there, the service was decent, not the best and pretty slow, I sat without a refill for quite some time and twice, which I needed to choke down the overpriced, dry, very small portion of chicken I ordered and paid over $20 for.
