Service was great Food wasn't very good and very expensive
Restaurant was amazing. The food was very good. The service was disgusting. Our waitress continually brought us incomplete orders and when we ordered dessert, our dessert was wrong and she simply told us that what we had was great as well, instead of replacing it with what we ordered. I've found most of the food in town is great but most of the servers are either slow, or don't care. Hire new servers, get 5 stars
Extremely satisfied w/ the lovely waitress we had, everyone's food was wonderful & arrived quickly! Lovely atmosphere & the people are so friendly! Would definately recommend :)

Had a great time Saturday night (12/17). Had dinner with my dad and the staff was very friendly and professional from the front door when we walked in till when we left. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Thanks for another great meal!
Excellent service and dinner. We have two babies 8m and 22m they were great at accommodating our big family. The salad bar is also amazing I might add.

I am a "local" and my favorite place to go for dinner or a few drinks is The Park Grill. It has a warm and homey feel to it and the food is always great!
The best restaurant in Gatlinburg! Service is always great, food is wonderful and the huge salad bar is amazing! The atmosphere is exactly what you want when visiting the mountains!
