There’s water leaking from the upstairs apartment. There’s mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom wall and floor are rotted. Multiple repairs needed, reported, but remain undone. I’ve visited projects in better living conditions than here.

We haven’t moved in yet, but I wanted to give a shout out to the staff! Koty was incredibly patient, relational, very detailed and honest about every concern if I had any, and was not pushy about the decision to move there. My fiancé and I will be moving there soon, starting our lives as husband and wife and he made us feel we will be well taken care of. Thank you, Koty!
