So, I've been calling since last week to get a hall light, dish washer, door lock and a/c fixed . No, one has been out to fix either!! This will make the second week that the maintence team has not been out. I had to buy a portable air conditioner because it is so hot in this apartment. This is by far the worst experience that I have had with you guys in a while !
We just moved in on their special this month, and so far we are loving it! Cody was the one who showed us around and helped us out. He's a great leading agent and has amazing energy! We have also been helped out by the new assistant manager Paula, she has been a big help! So far loving this new home!
A/C unit has been here since they built apartments according to power company and the reason light bill is extremely high. Currently without an A/C unit with 2 fussy children. �
RecommendedA few months ago, this property was starting to leave such a horrible taste in my mouth...But once the assistant manager changed, It has been very refreshing to feel understood and heard. The newest assistant manager Kaitlin is great! She has awesome customer service skills and empathy. And I love how she does her BEST to help! My husband has even changed his view of the property. Need to fix apartments properly. Cracks in my ceilings. Water damage. Sure there is mold in the ceiling. Courtesy officer bullies people and uses information he gets from serving notices against tenants. Danielle was informed of his harassment and has yet to call me. She had all week to do so. Also, when my lease was valid they didn't address issues. Yet I was told to renew my lease and they would THEN fix things. No I do not and will never recommend this place!!!! Nothing is ever fixed correctly. It’s a pain to get them to come fix things. We pay our rent and do our part and they should do theirs!!! We have called and called about repairs and they act like they will get right on it but never show up!! This place sucks!!!!!! The staff is horrible!! Do not move here!!!!
It is a struggle to get this property to fix things properly. Twice in six months out downstairs toilet had backed up into our apartment with sewage. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do the bare minimum cleaning of the carpet afterwards. The second time sewage seeped under our laminate floors and they think cleaning the top of the laminate by extracting the water with a vacuum makes it clean.
