This will be my second year living at the parks, and i havent had any problems until last friday. I went into the clubhouse to discuss my rent because there was some miscommunication. The new manager JD was very rude and sassy to me, and i didnt appreciate it since i am a paying resident. I have basically been charged for something in September they were supposed to charge me in july. I dont feel i should be charge for something now due to their mistakes.
