These apartments are in an amazing location right in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet neighborhood feel to them. They are also one of only a few apartment communities in all of Johnson County, KS that are both affordable and allow larger dogs, which was a must have for me. Nice, quiet place to live
Great well kept property!
I wish I could give zero stars. If you like random charges on your monthly bill, this is the place for you! Oh and spiders, bugs and mice in the apartment was so fun! Whenever I needed to speak to the office I called 4 times a day for a week, left messages and emails and never got a response. It was such a wonderful time living there!
I lived here for four plus years had no problems the first four years the last 3 months were the worst I have ever had. I had ask for permission to put in a roll in shower in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible apartment, as I got older it got harder and harder for me to get in and out of the bathtub. The apartment complex corporate office was not going to let me put in the roll in shower at my own cost. Then in April 2017 my current lease was up for renewal, ... Continue Reading
