RIP OFF $$ – This place OK and just OK. There is very little free parking, only one pool that is small and shady and AC units that are so loud they wake you everytime they kick on. They main problem is that they will hike up your rent rate EVERY time you have to renew your lease! I mean they raise it 10%!! It's a rip-off. Unless you only need a one term lease of have unlimited funds. Don't bother with this place.. IT's A RIP OFF!!!
No pest control – Dont know for what reason they charge so high!! Not an extra ordinary property, it is a very ordinary one. Dont know what do they do in the name of pest control, look in your carpet for 15 minutes you will see varieties of them crawling. Horrible. Extra small pool, not cleaned always. They charge you high when you move out for damage expenses but they do not repair those damages (may be they keep it for the next tenant so that they can charge the same from them). Agents, please read! – Realtors, do not expect to get paid any time soon. "LAZY SERVICE" that is an understatement! My clients one year lease is coming to an end soon, and I still have not been paid. Their response, "The check is in the mail." Not only have they taken est. 10 months to pay, they have been rude as well. They do not deserve even 1 star.
