Been living here since August 2016, have had no problems.
We had a very smooth move in process and have really enjoyed our stay thus far. WE enjoy the available amenities and have used the exercise room and love being steps away from legacy trails. The apartment is great and love the garage storage. We love the great access to I-15 and Legacy Pkway and being right next to the movie theaters. Would recommend to our friends.
This place is a joke, management is extremely rude, repairs have not been made that we have brought to their attention, and the new management loves threatening you with their "attorneys" if you're looking for a place to move I highly recommend you don't move here. This place is a scam, I've also talked to a couple other people in our building and they have most of the same complaints not to mention 3 other people in our building also have granite that was installed and damaged upon install and instead of replacing it manage... read more
