I've really enjoyed my two and a half years here. Lots of pros to this place. But every time winter ends, going outside is really difficult, do to the mosquitos. Every time I walk my dog, I get bit about five to ten times per walk. Sometimes more depending on where we walk. The problem is that they completely overwater the grass, then it puddles in areas where there isn't very much sun to let it evaporate, resulting in the whole place becoming a breeding grounds for the mosquitos.
The maintenance crew and grounds crew are awesome
I don't think I've ever experienced such kind, efficient, service. Thank you for prompt, courteous, help!
My girlfriend and I lived at Legacy for two years and were always treated very well. It’s a quiet and clean community we were very satisfied with the living conditions.
