These folks are really good at what they do! They are kind, responsive, and quick. From a simple online request I had a quote with 15 mins, a tour a couple hours later and an app in by close of business. Jake was so nice and helpful the entire way. I could go on and on, but bottom line is this is the BEST customer service I have ever seen at an apartment complex and this team set the standard for their competitors!
Maintenance folks and leasing office people are nice, helpful, and quick to respond but the complex has gone downhill over the past few years. Noticeably less upkeep and overall maintenance leading to more trash on the grounds. Terrible dumpster placement which leads to overflowing trash heaps because no one wants to walk their trash 50 feet to the next dumpster. Those working at Park at Legacy Trails Apartments are fantastic! everyone is welcoming and very helpful. When having a maintenance issues they are fast to respond and attend to your concerns with detail. They are always making their tenants feel appreciated and valued. 10/10!
