Disappointed and Frustrated -Not Worth the Price I've lived at Parks at LeBlanc long enough to say this place is a major letdown. I pay extra for covered parking, but it's constantly taken by others and instead of enforcing towing like they claim, management told me it's my responsibility to handle it. That's unacceptable. The property itself is poorly maintained. Trash is scattered everywhere, the gate has never worked, and the pool is always closed during posted open hours.
