Mold and massive ants is only two of our many complaints about the park at Leblanc. The maintenance guy who also lived in the complex pointed a gun at my husband in front of me and my child and that apartment took months to evict them. I’ve requested a mold test three times in the past 2 months. Mary doesn’t pick up the phone or respond. You don’t get the amenities you’re told you’ll get. It is Thanksgiving day and y'all cut off our water. I tried calling the manager and the manager completely blocked us so we can not contact with her. so in the middle of cooking we have no water and the manager does not care. these apartments have been nothing but problems since the time that we have moved in and we haven't even been here year
This is not what I'm paying for! I've had nothing but problems with these apartments since I've moved in. The entire complex woke up this morning with no water and it's Thanksgiving day!!!! There's been a water leak for 4 days already and they choose to fix it today? I expect to be credited to my account for the inconveniences and if they expect me to pay for the water leak that the complex is responsible for according to the Fort Worth water department, NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
I don’t like these apartments. My car was tow tonight. They don’t tell you when they change towing company. They get no 5 stars I’m piss
