HORRIBLE!!!!! Don't no move into the park at east ponce. The thing who handles rent by the name of Michele is a thief and a liar and will not work with you on rent at all period she is unprofessional and a scanner. Very sneaky and had put a eviction on me on purpose because she didn't get what she wants when she wants it. Lied about court when she wasn't there at all. This guy plays music all night after the office closes selling drugs fighting & drinking curses & tears up the community Management does not care
I have a sense that something fraudulent is going on. It’s all fishy and it all stinks that every day the water is cut off throughout the entire day or half of the day. The phones in the leasing office are always going to VM. I have a baby here. Not a teen or another adult but a baby. This is against the law to not have running water in which I’m paying for. The worst apts in Ga. Shit is backed up in my apartment and it took them Two days to address the issues and then they just masked the problem with some smell good fragrance. Toilet tub and sink still back up.
I have been living here for a few yrs now thru 3 management companies and this company is the absolute worst i have had 2 weeks of working air since april and they got the nerve to have a 4 1/2 star rating fuk outta here... Dont b fooled by the hype they look cute but they do absolutly nothing for the tenants...
