My nephew and his family lived here. They HAD to leave. He has a wife and 2 babies. NO WAY they can live with MOLD!! After reading the other reviews, it seems like this management company thinks that they can treat people poorly because of what they THINK their status is. Shame on you!
It’s dirty, hood infective with bugs, they need to throw the whole apartment building away. And they don’t want to fix anything to move in.
This place is over run with bugs!!!!!!! Ant infestation, gnats, and roaches. I've lived here almost a year and this has been a problem since day one. I have complained and complained and complained. Pest control is a joke. They only come out on Tuesday and barely do anything if they show up at all. So unless you are an entomologist (one who studies bugs) then this is not the place to live. RecommendedI've been here about a month and a half and the process was quick and easy. Sharisse made sure my apartment was good as requested. Whenever I had an issue they were on top of it! I love my new place. It's quiet and my neighbors are great! The staff are very friendly and nice. The only thing I don't like is that people drop trash on the ground when taking it from their cars leaving more work for the groundskeeper. Move in experience has been a nightmare thus far. I paid my deposit 2 weeks ago and I have 6 days til I am due to move in and now I am being told that the unit is not ready. Really? that's funny because on February 8th when I paid my deposit they were trying to get me to move into the unit that day.
