What the hell is going on with the people of 8232? I live in 8236 and through my windows I always see 8-10 year old kids playing soccer and screaming loudly from 5 in the afternoon until 1 in the morning every day 🤦🏻♂️ I'm about to call the police and ask them if it's normal for such young children to be awake until late at night? the worst place to live if you can avoid moving here do it for your own good, I live here and it's hell at night on every balcony you'll see people getting drunk and listening to music at high levels and nobody says anything and the garbage area is so small that you'll always see garbage thrown everywhere as if the entire building was a dump all that mess to pay such high prices like hell trust me don't come to pay high prices here for an old and ruined apartment get something better even at a lower price
After living here for 25 years, last month I was erroneous billed $50 for not having renters insurance. I have had renters insurance continuously for 10 years. After two days of arguing and submitting documents, I was finally told I could pay the correct rent amount, which I did. On 8-5, I found an unsigned "notice to vacate on my porch. Today I received a text that says I have an unpaid balance. During this incident I was treated with extreme disrespect and was accused of lying.
