Don't rent any apartment at City West Pkwy. The management is horrible and their service is unprofessional. Whoever likes snakes, this apartment is perfect... snakes everywhere even in the entranve door to the apartment, the snake will crawl from the hole next to the door. The smell at the front door smell horrible due to the dog peeing and pooping. Weed is 3 to 4 feet long, still doesn't mow. Called them and they said they have to come and see if it's their property. This is such a beautiful place to live. I’ve enjoyed my time here. Anytime I’ve had a problem the maintenance guy Eric has always been super helpful. I highly recommend!
Terrible, inconsistent management! Nothing is done timely! Promises are made and never followed through with! Mold growing in windows and ceilings and the company just paints over its and does nothing about the moisture issues! Winter snow removal happens 3-4 days after storms and not really effective. Packages are misplaced and the amenities could be rated as 2/10 if a scale of quality. Stray far from pinnacle management! This is a great community. Staff is so friendly and helpful! Communication is excellent and so are the amenities! Just renewed for another year!
