Frustration, Disappointment ..!! No property manager on site.. I’ve been a resident here for over four years and the prior management team.. Would normally give you a courtesy renewal reminder usually 60 days out. Received a notice Last week.. According to the office assistant On site today ..renew reminders is just a courtesy and not mandatory.. I didn’t realize my lease was coming for renewal in mid September.. After taking a tour at the Park at Ashford Townhomes I would like to say how I"m very satifisfied with the customer service Lorena (Community manager) and her team provided to me and my family. What really stood out was the well-maintained & the cleaningness of the property.The townhomes themselves gives the luxury feel that I am looking for and to top it off the amenties which is what sold me. Lorena and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 5/5 Stars!!!! Thank you Lorena & team !!!!!

I spoke with Lorena to schedule a tour, and she was fantastic from start to finish. The townhomes themselves are absolutely beautiful, featuring great layouts and modern finishes.
