Horrible experience. I’ve been waiting for an update on my application for a week now. No one answers the phone !!!! & when they do, they will hang up and never call back or don’t answer when you call back. I’m really thinking this is some type of joke. After calling 100x with no response and no real updates, on my application , I don’t want to live here anymore! I’ve heard every excuse on why they can’t check the status from “My system is down” to “I’m not sure , let me get your Name and number and I’ll get back with you“ .... read more
Been here 6 years and disappointed with management. Requested a transfer to a smaller unit in Dec 2025, paid a $50 transfer fee, and they even scheduled a walkthrough in April. Then they suddenly denied the transfer saying I never gave notice, even though I had discussed it for months. Now I lost the $50 and had to renew at a higher rate. Poor communication and frustrating experience.
