I went to have a tour and the property looks amazing, very clean and the office staff are very friendly and professional, thank you David for your help. So excited to make Ashford my new home.

These are not a townhomes. They're apartment. Nothing about them resembles it down home
As a long-term resident, I am deeply disappointed by the noticeable decline in service and communication over the past several weeks. When evaluating apartment living, two factors matter most to me: responsive maintenance and access to the amenities included in my rent. Unfortunately, both have become ongoing concerns. For the second Monday in a row, I have been unable to reach anyone in the leasing office, despite multiple attempts to contact staff.
