Updated 2026- I did a BBB complaint they responded stating they would delete the collection charge of $150 and remove from my credit. Since i did the complain now the Leasing Manager refuse to pick up my call, yes they blocked me. Well as of today. The collection agency stated they declined to remove and the charge is valid. Both leasing Managers told me I didn't need to pay the charge since I was not approved. But I'm yet stuck with this charge. beware people beware I'm not the only person this happend to.
