I have nothing but good things to say about this place..from the location and living environment to the staff and management. They strive to go over and beyond what they do here. It has been a great first experience on renting!
I moved in a year ago and I didn't really know what to expect, and I can say this has been a great place to live at. Great location, close to everything and overall peacefull. Dawn and her staff always do the best they can when attending to maintenance and any other issues. They have been hard at work recently updating the complex and it really shows.
Don’t waste your time with this place. They just look nice from the outside and are overpriced. New paint on old buildings. Walls are thin, management is not going to work with you, old people who tell on you when you have guest over. This place used to be nice when it was Parkview but “Madison Square” came in and ran all the old residents out. If you’re looking at this place just go to Magnolia Preserve, rent a house or buy one like we did. You will be doing yourself a favor.
