RecommendedI toured The Park at Ashburn as a potential new home and the ladies in the office are beyond professional and kind. They showed me two 1br apartments and didn't hesitate to answer all the questions I had. Although I didn't lease due to my medical schools changing, I refer them to everyone I know!! Ty and Siera are absolutely amazing!

I live at The Park at Ashburn and they are very responsive to anything that comes up. I had a minor issue and the office staff took care of it immediately. I love living here!!!
Awesome apartments! The staff are all super attentive to the residents' needs! All you have to do is shoot a quick text and they usually respond the same day but definitely within 24h! 10/10 would recommend!
The area I very quiet and management is very helpful and professional which is a plus to me !!

Awesome apartments! Very quiet and located close to many restaurants. The maintenance workers and the office lady's are extremely professional at there jobs. Best apartments in Dothan.

I’m in my second year living here at The Park at Ashburn. The sense of community that you feel while living here is nothing short of amazing. The management and staff here are like friends to everyone. They are also always looking at ways to give to the residents. I’m not joking... they have given us all kinds of goodies all the time just because! Even school supplies for my kids! During the Covid19 crisis they have reassured us and stayed in contact with us and made sure we know they are here for us during this scary time. ... read more
It takes forever for them to get off their butt to do anything. I had major electrical issues since they took over.I had to spend my own money to patch the issue with UPS. Electrical outlets in the kitchen keeps on going out they don't know what's causing it they said they fix in they really don't. Front door is dry rotted and they are blaming me for causing it. Every month I have to call him becuase it keeps on screwing up my payments for my apartment. They refuse a kick anyone out that smokes pot that triggered my asthma a... read more
I love it here, it’s quiet, clean, family-friendly, and maintenance is always one call away. The staff are friendly and always willing to help anyway that they can. The best part is that it is dog friendly :).
