I just had a problem when it took 3 months to receive my deposit back when in the contract I should receive it in 30 days after I move out. I kept asking repeatedly and was told they were going to send it. I ended up having to go in person and finally they did. They sure are ready to charge me late fees when I am one minute late though.
Do not move here at all this is the worst apartments u can live in they don’t fix anything the water and heat be going out washer and dryer don’t work so please don’t move here
Not worth a stay. We lost hot water for a whole week, left for vacation and it still wasn’t fixed when we came back, one of the outside doors was broken for months before it took someone to literally change a door handle, there are 2 sometimes 1 (bc of constant breaking and no repairing) washers for an entire apartment to share, a bunch of the dryers don’t dry, it’s air conditioned in the living room and doesn’t reach the bedrooms so you are sweating every night, we’ve had to move our mattress to the living room, and don’t l... read more
