Not worth a stay. We lost hot water for a whole week, left for vacation and it still wasn’t fixed when we came back, one of the outside doors was broken for months before it took someone to literally change a door handle, there are 2 sometimes 1 (bc of constant breaking and no repairing) washers for an entire apartment to share, a bunch of the dryers don’t dry, it’s air conditioned in the living room and doesn’t reach the bedrooms so you are sweating every night, we’ve had to move our mattress to the living room, and don’t l... read more
Maintenance is really great, Jerome goes above and beyond fixing appliances for us.
The management and maintenance and owners are awesome. Everything close by for me accepted me for bein autistic the residents are nice affordable I highly recommend the park apartments. Very happy Robert wolf
If this could be less than one star, it would be. Bottom floor apartment is flooding due to neighbor. After hours number was called and this issue doesn’t seem to be much of a priority. You can hear water running in the other apartment. This is unsatisfactory. Multiple calls have been made to identify the issue and there isn’t anyone from the property here on site to address this. If waterfront views are what you’re after, look no further. Bring plenty of towels.
