Its Brand new and has a very welcoming atmosphere! Also prices are really reasonable in comparison with others.
I have lived in this amazing place for a little over a year now and love it! Management is excellent and will work hard to assure your stay here is great! The fitness center is always a good time! They have amazing coffee machine :D and everything is really awesome!

I really like private bedrooms, private bathrooms, amazing resident events but the best thing is 24 hour fitness center. That is awesome, I spend two-there hours in fitness center every day and I really enjoy. Best place for life!!!

Best place to live at UW-M and even Marquette. The Internet is about to get much faster. The roommate matching gave me two of my now best friends.
The new managers are great. The building is very clean and they have fun events. They just added coffee and hot chocolate which is really nice since it it cold out.
The managers here are AMAZING & the best customer service around! By far the best place to rent! I'd give 10 ☆'s if possible :-)
