This place was over priced. I knew that off the back as my father is a landlord, but it’s over priced and the offerings don’t measure up to the price tag. When I was sitting on the coach after a long day of work I could often here my neighbors walking and talking down the hall as if the door was open. The location is nice but Rochester is not a big city and the cost of the apartments make no sense. If the management were fair people to work with that’s one thing.
