We’ve had a great experience with Paris Group. Their team has always been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever any issues have come up. They’re very responsive, especially during emergencies, and we’ve even been able to reach them after hours when needed. That level of availability and personal attention really stands out. We truly appreciate the care they show and would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team that is responsive and easy to work with.

Would advise all property owners to AVOID this company. They are truly terrible at what they do and you will end up losing money. Tried contacting them regarding a property many times and it took them a week to respond. After the tour, and paying the application fee, it took two weeks for them to make a decision and get back to me, by which point I already found other housing. None of my attempts to contact this company were answered. I made five phone calls, submitted inquiries through Zillow and sent emails—all without a response. Ironically, the only time I heard back was when I expressed interest in a much more expensive rental listed on their own website. After I replied, the communication promptly stopped again.
