We rented a condo PGNW manages a month ago and there were a few things that needed repair. The condo was cleaned well, but there were a few minor repairs that they completed quickly and well. We feel fortunate to have found a competent and responsive property management team.
I experienced an issue where I couldn't view my water bill on the City of Bellevue's website. I asked the Paris Group representative for advice regarding this matter. They promptly checked with the City of Bellevue and informed me that their website was experiencing technical difficulties. They also let me know when the system would be restored, which allowed me to complete the payment without any problems. I would like to express my appreciation for their excellent work.
Had a very positive experience renting with PGNW.
We had a house fire and the Paris Group went above and beyond to get us in a house near our construction. Great communication and follow through, can’t say enough good things about them from calling the office to email and web based tools to manage our move.
