My fiance and I recently attended a Paint & Sip event hosted by the Bernstein Management Team at the Park Place Rooftop, which they advertised to residents at The Paramount as well! It was very fun and we felt extremely welcomed and catered by the hosts. Looking forward to more events in the future.
We moved from out of state and Bernadine and all the staff in the office have been so amazing and helpful to make this a smooth transition. The maintenance staff have also been wonderful with the small requests we have had so far.
The laundry machines have been consistently broken for a year. The managment and the contracted laundry machine company have been extremely slow to respond. We've gone months with only one working washer for the entire building - it has been difficult to get any response despite repeated emails, messages, and phone calls to the office and CSC.
It's insane that management consistently tells residents to seek support and services from offices in the apartment building across the street, to which we do not have keys.
Our refrigerator stopped working this week and within an hour, the Paramount maintenance team replaced it. I really appreciate how the Management and Maintenance team worked together to make this happen! It was a smooth transaction!
