Maintenance is great but the general management team is not very helpful. They don’t enforce lease agreements regarding noise pollution, people smoking, or package theft. They have reduced their time on site as well. Email sometimes works and getting through the phone is a tedious process.

At this point, I feel like these feedbacks are useless because I’ve been sending emails and reporting issues since I moved here. The building is starting to fall apart, and I haven’t seen any renovations in any of the areas. And don’t get me started on the mail room — I’ve lost packages, and I’ve personally seen people who live here stealing from it. Nothing has been done about it.
