The office staff and the maintenance staff are the BEST 5 stars Work orders are taken care of quickly usually within hours of the request ...it is certainly not like that elsewhere ! THE PALMS is friendly and casual ...like being at home ! Smiles are everywhere
I’ve been staying here for almost a year and every dime I spend on rent is well worth it. It’s so peaceful and the staff are amazing. Ericka has been a blessing to my family and I since the very beginning. It’s been wonderful living here and I’m grateful to call this place home 💚
Avoid renting here if you expect to get your deposit back or want a quiet living environment. While most of the staff treated us kindly and politely, we decided to move out after 10 months due to the constant highway noise and inconvenient parking. However, the apartment management deducted $950 from our $1,000 deposit. We gave them 10 days to inspect the apartment, and they assured us everything was in good condition and that we didn't need to fix anything. Despite this, we only received $50 back. I have lived here at the Palms for 13 years now. The grounds and apartments are very nice and well maintained at all times. Throughout my years living here, the staff has consistently been professional, kind and helpful. They handle with any issue I may have in a quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend The Palms to any friend or family member who was looking for a great place to live!
