The maintenance crew at The Palms is the best! They always respond in a timely fashion and take care of everything!
Just moved back to the Palms because I loved the complex so much when I previously lived here. We had some hiccups with the move-in, but Christian and the Manager, Gaquaiel, were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with—they resolved the issue quickly and kindly. The maintenance team has also been so friendly!
Gaquaiel (the Community Manager) has gone above and beyond to provide excellent resident services since I have lived here. It’s very much appreciated!!
The front office staff are very courteous and schedule maintenance requests right away. This recent request was fixed before the end of the day, and that has been my regular experience with the maintenance team. Thank you, everyone, at Palms.
I loved living at The Palms. The staff is great and quick to respond to work orders. The plants make the place feel fresh and cool especially during the summer.
