Staff is friendly/ Maintenance is great! Air conditioning man is great. Management is Great. Very happy here!

Mrs. Kim King is so sweet and kind. I'm looking forward to moving in and have been browsing around at different options. I am going to choose the Palms just because of Mrs. Kim, her kindness, helpfulness and going above and beyond to help me out in every single way!
Unless you want to waste your money and time with a manger who doesn't actually take stuff seriously and gets an attitude with you over stuff don't move here she is one of the worst managers I've seen since I've moved here and to Kimberly you have no right to yell at a resident because they asked you to fix their back door handle you acted really "professional" and I hope Corporate reads this and contacts me because I would love to show the video footage of you yelling and having an attitude with me in front of the maintenan... read more
