I would like to thank O'Dell Palacio for all of the hard work and hours of frustration that was put in, in order to sell our property. It was a reverse mortgage that everything under the sun was wrong with it. But O'Dell stuck with it and got it done. We worked on the paperwork from September to January with one obstacle after another, but the family is pleased that in the end it all worked out.
