If you want to experience some form of discrimination this is the right place. I was lied to about the qualifications and being that I made 2.5 times the rent one person still tried to make it seem like it was not enough income. I believe these people have a thing about children and being a black woman. I’m highly disappointed in the way I was treated by one of the staff members.
Okay so I just went in to try to tour an apartment at this place and it is true they discriminate against black people I sat there 20 minutes and the lady stayed on her phone conversation and didn't even acknowledge me in the room
Unprofessional and disappointing experience I paid application fees to the palace for a rental application, only to find out that no apartments were available. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund, I received no response or acknowledgment. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company and plan to report their practices to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
