I do not recommend Pointe at Centennial Hills to anyone! That’s it! It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. Where do I begin? Ridiculous customer service! We been left without a washer for over a week and still waiting. And now they won’t even answer the phone calls. we are very disappointed on the management of this place, maintenance service and employees. Green areas are gross, gate doors are a joke! Gym and pool completely awful.
It seems the whole office team has no idea what they're doing when it comes to sending someone to come fix something in the apartment for us. It has taken them over 5 times each time we have an issue with the apartment and rent is absolutely ridiculous for all the outdated equipment it comes with in the apartment. Dont let the display apartment fool you it's all outdated.
Brother has had nothing but terrible experiences with management and maintenance
Lived here for 6 years so far. Sadly i need to be in this location to be close to family. Rent is ridiculous. Only a few office people know what they are doing. Even right now there new gates won't open and 29 vehicals are currently stuck outside with children and groceries etc. I called emergency matenice 3 hours ago and nothing still. This place is a disaster and its sad because it used to be nice and felt lile a real home. I could go on for days but i just get upset thinking about it
If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t! This place has roaches, high crime, the office doesn’t care or try to fix any complaints. My apartment was burglarized a few weeks ago, and prior to that our packages were stolen right out of our mailbox. Today I came out to my car to drive my daughter to school and they had painters painting the building where cars were parked in designated areas.
