I’ve been doing business with The Paint Spot for 15 years or more and their workmanship as well as their way of doing business is outstanding! I recently had a auto accident repair job that was completed by The Paint Spot approximately 10 years ago where the paint started failing. There was a problem with the paint finish that apparently was a supplier problem. Nonetheless The Paint Spot completely refinished my truck which was almost half of the entire truck. My insurance reccomended the paint spot years back and it was by far the WORST experience I ever had. The time frames they gave for repairs were never reliable. To top it all off with a cherry.. there was an issue with the repair and when asked to fix it and repair the additional damadge that resulted, they refused to take ownership. Took my car somewhere else and made them pay the bill for correct repairs. I'm now a loyal Higgins customer :)
The paint spot is THE spot for any paint job!! Glen bent over backward to make sure everything from the accuracy of the adjuster to handing me the keys was done fairly and with professionalism. I fully recommend the paint spot. In fact, a hail storm just hit two of our cars. I called Glen and (as usual) he walked me through the process and I'll be underway to a new paint job tomorrow! This company has been incredible to me! I brought my Lexus in for body work and they have taken superior care of it! Their customer service (Dan, Mark, and team) is really focused on serving, making it right, and having a great experience all around. I’ve felt peaceful and confident with my car in their care. An absolute excrement show! All Glen could say... "we spent a considerable amount of time getting it to look THAT good." WOW... what a steaming pile!
Just want to give a shout out to The Paint Spot in Bountiful for the amazing job they did fixing our Jeep after the suicidal deer ended it's life on my hood resulting in $6500 worth of damage. Thank you for the updates, communication and awesome job!
