Living here has been an amazing experience. The entire staff, from management to the maintenance crew, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Anytime a request or concern comes up, they handle it quickly and with genuine care. The property is beautifully maintained. The lawn is always immaculate, and the snow is plowed quickly in the winter, which makes a huge difference. It’s also very dog-friendly, which is a big plus. We love living in The Paddocks! We’ve been here for almost a year, everyone is friendly, the amenities are a nice touch, and the community is always well kept. Management has always been a pleasure to work with and maintenance (not that we’ve needed them much) is fast and helpful.
It’s a pigeon infested hog hole. If you are interested in contracting histoplasmosis (going blind) from pigeon feces being everywhere, then this is your place. I couldn’t use my deck for an entire summer because pigeons laid eggs on and hatched hatchlings. They also destroyed about $500 worth of porch cushions that they would not replace. I loved living here. You don't have to worry about anything, because everything is taken care of without question. The pool is wonderful. I spent a lot of time enjoying the sun and chilling. It's perfect if you have a dog. The walks are smooth and there are a lot of fellow dog lovers. There are ponds on the property which attracts many beautiful birds. The clubhouse can be used for parties and you can book the theatre which is very cool. We used the theatre numerous times. No need for a gym membership, they have a nice gym. ... read more
