I love living at The Oxmoor! It’s a great community and I love the management team! Tyah, Kelsey, & Yukika truly care for their residents. I wholeheartedly recommend living here.
For couple of months, living conditions were good. After about 3 months, every so often the neighbors (looked young) would be arguing or fighting in the parking lot which became a common from multiple partners. You pay for a monthly garbage service and the garbage is the breeze way for days and don’t pick up on days advertised they would. I went on vacation and came back to a flooded apartment from the upstairs apartment. Tyah was wonderful in helping us find a new place to live. She answered all of our questions very quickly, and made the whole experience great. 5/5 Stars.
NASTY. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The initial tour was nice. We moved in and the air barely keeps the apartment cool. It’s been reported several times and nothing has been done. Air doesn’t come out of the bathroom and closet vents. The pool is a radioactive green and has only been open for a total of a week since being here for two months. The gates do not work and it’s supposed to be a secure complex. The pet waste station has only been emptied ONCE since we’ve been here. Poop bags are everywhere.
