For couple of months, living conditions were good. After about 3 months, every so often the neighbors (looked young) would be arguing or fighting in the parking lot which became a common from multiple partners. You pay for a monthly garbage service and the garbage is the breeze way for days and don’t pick up on days advertised they would. I went on vacation and came back to a flooded apartment from the upstairs apartment.
