For couple of months, living conditions were good. After about 3 months, every so often the neighbors (looked young) would be arguing or fighting in the parking lot which became a common from multiple partners. You pay for a monthly garbage service and the garbage is the breeze way for days and don’t pick up on days advertised they would. NASTY. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The initial tour was nice. We moved in and the air barely keeps the apartment cool. It’s been reported several times and nothing has been done. Air doesn’t come out of the bathroom and closet vents. The pool is a radioactive green and has only been open for a total of a week since being here for two months. The gates do not work and it’s supposed to be a secure complex. The pet waste station has only been emptied ONCE since we’ve been here. Poop bags are everywhere. Living at The Oxmoor has been frustrating due to serious and ongoing maintenance and cleanliness issues. One of the biggest problems is the constant overflow of trash near Building 10. Despite paying for valet trash service, the area is often piled with garbage, creating an unsanitary and embarrassing environment. On top of that, the front gate—meant to secure the complex—is always left wide open. For a community that advertises itself as gated and upscale, this is completely unacceptable.
