Terri might be the most incompetent manager I’ve ever experienced. My girl friend and I are younger, both educated persons in the advanced health and exercise physiology fields. She is the most ageist women I may have ever met. She was nothing but disrespectful from the moment we met her. We also had neighbors who would constantly stomp and make noise and the effort to fix the problem was so useless we ended up breaking a lease due to lack of sleep or assistance. Paying a pretty hefty price for rent and this is what we get !? At least put a damn shovel in the breezeway so we can shovel our own path if you won't hire people to do it. Animals pissing through breezeway is really crappy and lazy on your part other renters!
Lived there for a few years. Really nice place, good appliances, and overall a nice environment. Property Managers/Maintenance were always quick to repairs/addressing any questions or concerns. Note that you are near the interstate, so most times there is a lot of noise produced. The clubhouse has a nice variety of gym equipment and the pool is very well kept. Overall a good place to live.
The stellar staff here at the Overlook at Stone Spring have firmly taken a stance that as long as a dog is on a leash, it has the right to rip open your pet's throat, sending them into emergency surgery and requiring stitches and a tube inserted into the wound to constantly drain the blood and pus. Great work Stone Spring staff! Way to keep your residents and their pets safe!
