Pros: The maintenance staff—specifically Damian and John—have consistently been responsive, skilled, and courteous. The leasing team is polite; however, their ability to assist often appears limited, either due to internal constraints or lack of initiative. Reading through the negative comments here from recent to past I can honestly say nothing seems to have changed whatsoever, that's amazing. The complaint made years ago (it reads 10) is still a complaint of today. Someone mentioned greed, yes..rich slums. Very lazy staff, uncaring for sure. No stars really but I must put in at least one.
