I’ve been living here since 2022, and it has been a great experience overall. The property is clean and very well maintained, and most of the neighbors are kind and friendly. Kristie, the property manager, has been especially wonderful to work with. She is always prompt, efficient, and professional in her communication. We’ve had a couple of minor issues in our unit over the years, but each time they were resolved much more quickly and smoothly than we expected. Awesome facility and crew! The property manager & maintenance crew made my move-in very smooth. The Internet service delivers as promised, the location is great for bussing (we residents have an indoor shelter mere steps from the public shelter), plus the community facilities are clean & modern.
Seriously the best manager runs this complex she’s efficient, knows her stuff and is on top of everything that goes on at the complex ! I would recommend this complex 100 percent!
