RecommendedEveryone in the office is super helpful. The apartments are pretty nice and conveniently located to the beach and a bunch of different shops.
I dont trust these people
As I enter my third year here at The Overlook I look back on many happy memories. These past months during the pandemic not withholding!! This is home and the staff here has made it feel safe even during the toughests of times. A big Thank You to the Staff at The Overlook for all that you do everyday for those of us who call this Home!!

For my first place after moving from my parents nest, it's the best I could've asked for. I highly recommend anybody looking for a start to living in apartments to try this place out. The staff is amazing and quick to help.

Not good place. Leacking inside everywhere the apartment. The carpet wer everywhere. Under the windows. Under the door coming in the water. From the sealing everywhere. I can not wait to move from here. Is way too expensive apt. And they said is 3 bedroom apt. Yes the 3rd bedroom is the hallway :( The doors open in the bedrooms ( front and back door). In the room no window. One thing i love it the livingroom is huge ( but no windows on it is dark). I add some pic too. Video i have it too how raining inside but i cant post so... read more
