I had nothing but praise for Overhead Door. They installed my door and the Synoris Sommer opener about 6 months ago. I realized last week that the sensor is set a bit too high for my doxie. Today I received a call that they would come tomorrow to adjust it BUT that my warrany period was over so there would be a fee. The discounted fee was still more than I felt justifiable. Customer service, in this case, was lacking. My enthusiastic recommendations for Overhead Door has definitely been tempered.

It seems like when it rains, it pours! Our garage door would not work and was up for three days. After not being able to use our builder’s company, we were given Overhead door of Wilmington. They listened patiently to my rant and were truly sincere. They sent someone out immediately that afternoon and fixed it within minutes. Plus a very low fee to fix it. Thank you all for taking such great care of us!
